WHO STYLED THIS SHOOT??: NICKI MINAJ FOR V MAGAZINE

I can't say that I'm more impressed with Nicki than I am the actual styling for this shoot. If you know ANYTHING at all about V Magazine, you know that they're chosen stylists and photographers deliver EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I love the artistry of this shoot and how it has this sort of tribal/crazy girl feel (which so perfectly matches Nicki's persona. STRAIGHT FROM THE TWEETS©: UNCLE RUSH'S "SUPER RICH"

I don't idolize anyone. That's right....ANYONE. I really wholeheartedly believe that no one man is any greater than the next. What makes them unique is how they use their time on earth. I look at my peers everyday and notice how overly consumed they are with idea of getting rich, the attraction they have to men (or women) for what they have as opposed to what goes on in their heads, and their overall lack of humanity. I must admit, I picked up Russell Simmons new book, Super Rich, with the idea that all of the answers to gaining wealth would somehow appear and I, to, could be like my favorite mogul.

However, Uncle Rush's book is much deeper than the obvious. It speaks of spirituality, the value of meditation, and the drive and ambition that each and every person is capable of maintaining to reach their goals (though they may have no idea that it lies within them). I'm not even done reading, but I am intrigued. He states that "Super Rich" is the state of christ consciousness, NOT the literal sense of just having wordly possessions. I recommend this book for all who struggle with just day-to-day. I've learned, though I'm sure I've heard this before, that your state of "super rich" lies within. Until you are completely content with yourself and supporting your community and all humanity, you will never fully reach a "super rich" state (whether literal or non).

Of course you know, this made my WEEK, right? *giggles*

JAY'S LATEST INVESTMENT

In addition to the many ventures Mr. Sean Carter already has his hands in, now comes co-ownership of the Brooklyn, NY - based Buffalo Boss Wings and Things. Jay's sister Andrea Carter and mother Gloria Carter have all joined together for a family business (like Brandy and RayJ). The chicken spot not only has good food, but they give high-achieving middle-schoolers free food!

What an awesome premise. Keep it in the family and encourage kiddies to strive harder, with a full belly and positive mind. Kudos to the Carters.

Actor/Comedian, Tracy Morgan recently underwent kidney transplany surgery. His publicist released a statement saying that he'll be returning to tape "30 Rock", sometime after the holidays. Get well soon, Tracy!
